Small collection show Along with Potential 1st Try at Selling: Advice needed =)

Hello guys, I am currently in the process of really sorting through all my collections and things I own to try and see if I can slim down a bit. Though my collection is small, I have been collecting since 1998 when my old Elementary School Principal use to leave an entire box of comics in his office that he let anyone pick through for free. Needless to say, during that time I was a very frequent visitor lol. That's how I got into comics. It is something my father and I also enjoyed throughout the years.

What I enjoy and look for most is the cover art. There is something about seeing a book with such great colors, style and subject matter that hits the happy part of my brain lol. I also can never turn down a good story as well, but the former is the major pull factor for me.

Here is what my collection looks like after deciding on what is leaving.

So after deciding on what I can part with, I came up with the comics featured below. However I have NEVER sold a comic book in my life, nor really brought on ebay with exception of a couple my dad brought. 80% of my collection came from my local comic shops here in NY like St. Marks comics, Midtown Comics, Jim Hanley's Universe, Chameleon Comics, Montasy Comics, Economy Candy and a few more that have closed down since. Having said all this, I haven't the first clue about what information serious comic collectors look for. What type of pictures do they seek, what signs of condition set apart from a grade of 80 to the next level or a $3 to $4 book. I collected throughout the years to read and enjoy looking at, not really for monetary/investment reasons that would cause me to truly care about condition to an extreme.

So here are my questions

1. Is the lot I have below even worth the time of selling and parting with the childhood? What would be a fair price for this lot?

2. When dealing with a medium size lot such as mine, is detailed condition of each book needed?

3. Is there are specific way collectors like a seller to ship? I'm never light on bubble wrap

4. Individual scans/Pictures?

5. Are there certain pictures collectors seek from the inside of the book?

6. Any other tips in general?

Honestly it depends on the collector. I personally do not like graded comics or graded anything for that matter. Unless it is a key issue or first appearance a lot of the stuff from the 80s on does not hold a ton of value to either the graded or non graded collectors. I deal with a coworker whom sets up at and runs his own shows, he has a hard time selling most of the 80s, 90s stuff for even a buck. Anything before as with anything else condition is key. Couldnt answer everything but hopefully a little clarity
