SOme help needed: 09/10 BAP XRC Rookies /99

Hall, Seguin, Eberle......Are these things being considered 'real rookies'? I've never really understood the whole XRC thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They aren't considered to be true rookie cards. The cards that were inserted live in the packs as rookies for 09-10 were the rookies, the redemptions for the 10-11 crop do indeed get the XRC tag.
