Hey all. I've been hoping to get some time to do a HUGE mail thread, but with all that is on my plate these days, the time just isn't there. That said, I do want to share some goodies so I decided to share a month or so worth of mail in piece meal form. I'm starting with all of the slabbed stuff that rolled in recently... I guess because it is taking up the most room and I wanted to get it all tucked away. OK, enough of my ramblings, let's get on with the show...
First, I normally don't go after "show" cards but I do like when they are unique like these... The opportunity came up to land the #1/1 right after the expo so I figured I should have all three versions:
Next, poor record-keeping led me to land two of these. One is available if anyone is interested:
Next, two more "Fast Eddie" pickups. I still need the other versions/parallels of his base card. Anyone? The Gold Vintage Lumber is a welcomed addition to the PC:
Next, a Marc Staal pickup. I'd like an upgrade if someone has a two color Marc Swatch:
A Nice Triple Auto with three Ranger greats:
Next, a sweet dual Jersey Auto... I know, it's an Oilers card. I still try to pick up all of Mess's autos no matter the team:
The last two are my favorites of the bunch:
Now THIS is what a Fight Strap card should look like!!!
and a new centerpiece for my Cally collection and my prediction on the next Rangers Captain:
