Finally decided to stop being lazy and start scanning some stuff, so I figured I'd do a little catching up and show off some of the stuff I've hit in Group Breaks with the guys over at Breakaway.
If you haven't tried a group break with them yet, I'd head on over to breakawaysc.com and pick something to jump into. They are nothing but class acts over there and I'd definitely recommend them.
Onto the show of some stuff:
1st, I had Montreal in a Random with last years & this years UD, nothing but inserts but the Roy's are cool
14-15 UD Canvas - Brendan Gallagher

15-16 Shining Stars - Patrick Roy
15-16 Shining Stars Blue - Patrick Roy
Buffalo in a few breaks yielded me these two monsters, because whats a Breakaway break without some Deslauriers?
14-15 Black Diamond Ruby RC /150 - Nicolas Deslauriers
15-16 UD Canvas - Zemgus Girgensons
Ended up with the Yotes in a team random for various years of UD1, and ended up with the 1 card you'd want from the Yotes:

Next, I had St. Louis in 2 separate breaks, a Triple/Triple (3 UD1, 3 Artifacts) and also a Triple Threat break which I crushed the Triple Threat, here are the goods from that:
15-16 UD Signature Sensations - Jaden Schwartz
15-16 UD Canvas - Jake Allen
15-16 UD Young Gun - Colton Parayko (x2)
14-15 Fleer Ultra Gold RC - Ty Rattie
14-15 SPGU Base - David Backes /42
14-15 SPGU True RC - Petteri Lindbohm /48
And inside one of the 2 boxes of SPGU in the break was this monster - such a sweet patch on this one:

Next some Ultimate goodness, I've taken Buffalo in quite a few 13-14 Half Case breaks, so sometimes nice stuff pops out. Almost all Buffalo RC's ended up redemptions in 13-14 so whenever I see a redemption pop out I just hope for Buffalo.
Chuck pulled me this redemption the last time I had Buffalo:
13-14 Ultimate Rookies Auto/Patch /25 - Mikhail Grigorenko
I redeemed it, and it just recently showed up, with a ridiculous patch
Staying with the Buffalo theme, we'll finish it up with my two favorites of the bunch
I took Buffalo in an Artifacts case because they were one of the last teams left, and the price on them had dropped with the news that Eichel wouldn't have any Roman Numeral redemption in there.
So in my only Artifacts case with Buffalo I got the card I wanted:
15-16 Artifacts Rookie Redemptions - Buffalo (Jack Eichel)
And then in the 2nd Team Select case of Series 1 I got this bad boy:
15-16 UD Canvas Young Gun - Jack Eichel
So there's my bunch of hits I've gotten over the last little while. Most of the Blues are gone, the Supreme patch is on hold for Ameet if he wants it, and the Grigorenko is available. Eichel's are NFT.
