Did you contact Ebay? The first seller most likely did not like the final selling price and decided not to send it.

FYI, the seller is also selling this:

Which was in the scan of the Kovalchuk. It's the same card, same serial number. The only difference is the first seller had the wrong serial number listed.

The first seller also received negative feedback from the customer regarding that Quick/Bernier.
