Well I got sniped for the Stefan Meyer 1/1 with 5 seconds to go. It would have been a sweet pickup but at the same time I can live without it.

Pretty good price for the seller but I cannot begin to imagine who the buyer is as I have very little compitition for Meyer cards. If anyone has any Idea who the buyer may be please let me know. Im hoping that this is not someone who thinks they can flip it for a profit down the line as Im not paying any more than I bid for it.

Sleep? Whats that then?

I have developed and immunity to sleep over the last 5 years (since I began watching NHL really) The toughest time for me was the Stanley cup 2006 I was working everyday from 8am until midnight then tuning in for the Final each night (that of course went the full 7 games) from either 1 or 2 am until around 5 am. 2 weeks of that toughen you up and now I sleep mabye 3-4 hours a night but I get by

Hey Pete, I think it must be meyer himself that outbid you. I never thought for a minute that there were 2 guys willing to pay that much for a meyer card. I did lose out on the mcelhinney for $180 so somebody really wants those cards..............

The Cory Murphy went for over $300 when it first hit the bay. They sell really well...

sorry to hear about the loss. i would've thought for sure that you would've nailed that one. i really hope it is someone who is looking to flip it and is now stuck with it.
