it's my break of ICE!!

decided against my will and i got 4 boxes and BLAH! no scans, no nothing just BLAH! lol.

rookies. i only got one, yes ONE rookie #'d less than 2999 and that was brent seabrook!! BLAH! other rcs i haven't heard of any of them except andrew ladd. why is he a 2999? someone please tell me?

gu. i got 9 in 4 boxes which i guess is ok. a 2 color modano and lombardi which i suppose is decent. and a prucha fresh ice. also got this talbot which is a gold color, assuming that's a parallel. hoping it's a 1/1 (gasp). no autos either! aren't they supposed to be 1 per box?? should have settled for spa..boo on me sleep.gif.

Wow you actually did quite well there... surprised you haven't heard of any of them. Penner was awesome in the playoffs!
 
John, man oh man, that really ****s. Autos are 1:40 packs, which is two boxes, so you should have got two with 4 boxes, but obviously it just depends on which boxes they are...

I don't know if you blew your entire wad on those boxes, but I have that SPA Patch/Auto if you are still interested in it...

sure i'll scan the cards eventually so just sit tight. nah, i still have money leftover to spend, but i am going to try and sell/trade for some auto patches first. pretty much anything i can get. i'm not too upset at my breaks, but no autos is sort of disturbing. not even going to bother emailing UD though. this was just a BAD judgement call on my behalf and i'll just have to **** it in and quit buying so much wax. maybe i have finally learned my lesson? lol.

After reading the title I thought this post couldn't get any worse and then BLAM! I feel for you John but I keep telling you to stay away from the wax!
 
John, well, I would trade you, but you didn't get anything from the Ice breaks that I could use... do you have anything to trade for it that you think I might be interested in? PLMK.

yah i know i should stay away from wax, but some of the rcs are pretty decent, so who knows! rod, i could offer you a chechoo spgu auto jersey and something else for the spa auto patch. him being hot and all, i thought you might be interested =). also have his patch card, but i think i'm going to hang onto that.

if this doesn't drive me away from wax once and for all NOTHING will! i plan on making another trip to queensway. maybe trade some of my high end basketball stuff such as my chris paul spx for some spa auto patches. pretty sure paul would do that =).

John, yes, the Talbot is the Acetate version. The Cool Threads and Frozen Fabrics Acetate variations are numbered out of 100, but the Fresh Ice ones are not numbered at all... clear as mud now?

Looks like U got a poke in the eye as well. But I hear that SP A can also make a grown man cry.... And SP A costs around 50% more per box.

yah, i just wanted to try this product and i guess it could have been worse. not sure how, but i guess i could have been shorted no name rcs or something -_-. well, lesson learned. hopefully, this will make me banish myself from wax once and for all! doesn't rookie update come out next week? >_<
