2009 Most Generous Member of the Year,
Well the goalie RC project took an interesting turn the other day.
I was looking up goalies the other day and realized I hadn't done my due diligence a few years ago when I was compiling the list of goalies with rookie cards.
First I found a pre 1951 goalie that had a RC that I was unaware of.
Luckily a search on ebay came up with one that I put an offer in and was accepted.
Not sure if it was just good timing or they came up often, but the Mowers from this set had just popped up a few weeks ago (see 4/4 and then there were 4 thread) so I am thinking I got lucky
This arrived today, love receiving vintage pickups!

I decided to check a few other goalies I was worried about and sure enough I found two more :|
Not the end of the world but will take me a little longer and a few more dollars to complete I guess.
The one bright side is according to my criteria for the project I was also able to drop a card I thought I needed so I guess it isn't all bad!
The final five are:

Forbes, Vernon (Jake) - 1923-24 V145-1 #29
Fowler, Hec (aka Hek, Norman) - 1924-25 Champs C144 #26 (Norman Fowler), V145-2 #30 (Hek Fowler)

Smith, Norman (Normie) - 1937-38 V356 Worldwide Gum #74
