SP or no SP ? ? ?

Hi.
I was wondering if the opc blues are really SP's or not.
I know this has prob already been talked about, but I wasn't here when it was.
I think in a normal box you may not get a blue set card numbered out of 500, but I have now seen 3 boxes full of 500's and only 500's.
So since there are hot boxes are there really SP's?
If so, anyone know how short?

There are no SP's in the Retros, it's just poor collation that the cards from 500 up got lumped together.
