SPA 1 and FAKE!!!

:badmood:Only saw 1 card on the SPA checklist I really wanted, I don't bust any product so I went out and found it. Never thought it would be this FAKE!!!! Also I would like to note this is my first FAKE shield, any comments are appreciated, thanks!!!!

Can anyone help verify this patch? There is a return policy on it, should have known it was too good to be true, HELP PLEASE!
 
try posting the auction in the hobby talk section and i'm sure someone on here can help you out. my two cents is that there's no way in hell that patch is real since shield swatches are reserved for the 1/1s in high end products such as the cup and ultimate.
 
upon seeing his detailed feedback here are my opinions. He sells alot of jumbo patches. More then the average person. He is selling patch subsets that are the most faked in the hobby. Mostly baseball stuff. Ultimate collection and absolute. After the auction closes he removes his pictures.

Not only that there is no way upper deck would use a sheild for a rookie review patch.

file a claim as item not as described,report to ebay and get your mony back
 
Thank God for HI, sincere thanks to you, just got back into the hobby, thinking about getting out already because of this crap.....although my fault for not doing my homework, what can I say? was never good with homework anyway.

case opened, fake Datsyuk on it's way back to scumbag first thing tomorrow morning with a nice friendly post it note on it:)

This guy looks totally 100% shady.....
I learned a while ago when a guy delete's his pics from an exisiting auction, that they usually are up to no good.....

Again this is all new to me, saw it and jumped on it, literally:( funded it with credit card, have already spoke to them and they have told me this would fall into the fraud category and will be refunded regardless:) I guess one good thing is if we can put another name on that Fake Patch List, maybe it will prevent at least 1 other collector from being burned.....thanks again everyone and I apologize for not consulting my fellow HI members about this before purchasing.
