Steve Foley shot three times

I was not going to post this but then I saw yesterday that San Diego put him on the IR list for the remainder of the season...Not being a big football fan of the NFL outside of casual watching the Lions to see how they will lose the game...Just wondering if this is a blow to the Chargers defense or not? San Diego fans speak up and let me know...

I am curious to know more about the circumstances surrounding the shooting, like why the police officer opened fire on Foley.

Up here in Alberta they reported that a vehicle (Driven by Foley) was being driven at speeds in excess of 135 km/h (90 mph) in an erratic manner.

The off duty officer pulled the vehicle over after quite a chase.. The officer instructed the driver (Foley) to remain in his vehicle. Too which the driver (Foley) proceeded to exit his vehicle then proceeded to approach the officer's vehicle. The officer ordered him to adopt the position and to stop approaching him.

When the driver (Foley) failed to comply, the officer proceeded to discharge his firearm at & into the driver...

What strange things happen when you allow liquid courage to get the best of you!
