Stuff I've acquired - 2022

My yearly post - here's some various sports related items that have found their way to my doorstep over the past year or so.

Start off with a couple football pickups and an oddball baseball schedule of my favorite player.

This set was a work in progress for a while. Oddly, found the black 1/1 very early in the process and slowly managed to find the rest. For those keeping track of the color barrage at home you have, starting at top left corner:
Base, silver, gold/75
red/50, pink/25, green/15
orange/10, blue/5, black/1

Now onto some hockey!
An extremely rare Sigalet find for me! Its been forever and a day since I tracked down a plate.

Then I realized I was asleep at the wheel with my collecting habits. A BGSU player made it to the NHL and I totally missed it. So I had to play catch-up and track down some Mark Friedman cards. I think I did ok - as far as I can tell, only missing 2 at this point.

Also found some more of Ryan Carpenter and Sean Walker

Finally, just a couple Yzerman pickups:

aaaaaaaand one more item of note. While trying to catalog and put things away this past week, I ran across a card I forgot I had. With the market the way it is - it's tempting to put this one and the rest of my Yzermans up for sale:

Nice stuff all over, but that Platinum Gold is such a beauty..... one of the nicest looking sets from that era.

Thank you all for the kind words! I was actually shocked to see a Sigalet plate show up! With that acquisition - it actually gave me the entire set of 4 of them, another rarity.

I love the Yzerman cards you got. The Stature stuff is awesome, the Specialists card is cool, the auto is super sweet and the Totally Certified is just wow!
