stupid beckett

Why (if allowed) wouldn't someone publish an ebay version of a Beckett. Publish the average sales of cards. Thinking about setting that up could be daunting but there are some smart people out there. Maybe an online version. Would be a lot of work to start. As time goes by people would use Beckett less and less and then we would have everyone on the same page. I might be out in left field on this but would like to hear comments.

We had something similar a few year back but i ended up loosing the price of a car on that project so we decided it wasnt worth it cause most people dont want to pay..

Apparently nobody knows how Beckett comes up with their values. Unfortunately for this website's membership bashing Beckett is the "cool" things to do. When you consider the number of cards that require tracking and the number of cards that people have a legitimate, obvious complaint about, they still do a very reliable job. If you think another publication could do better, you are fooling yourself. This hobby is much more than the elitists on this site trading/selling the newest high end cards based on ebay.

If Beckett's reputation was anything near what is portrayed here, they would have went under years ago. Think about it.

No, it's not the "cool" thing to do. People slag on it because they make it easy to do so with ridiculously priced items and their lack of updates on items that have dropped/risen in value from a previous issue.
