Stupid OPC Metal/Parallels question

So... I'm having some issues determining what is going on here.

Mostly, I want to know what the 08/09 OPC Metal are like.

I've got the retro cards figured out.

But I'm confused on the Gold/Rainbow cards and the Metal cards.

I've tried looking them up on eBay, but they still look similar to me. Are the Metal cards actually made of metal?

How do you distinguish Metal X?

Only tough one's to tell are the Golds and the Metal X cards as they are both shiny refractor like cards. Some are easier than others..

It took me a while as I did a team set of all regular metal/gold/metal x so I've bought my fair share of cards that weren't the right ones..lol

It's a good thing they are all quite inexpensive, heh. We can afford to make a few mistakes, it seems.

Here's hoping UD does a better job distinguishing those this time around. A simple ''x'' beside the number on the back of the card would suffice

Way too easy.

They'll probably have a rafracting 'X' in the background when you hold it up to the right light. Or they'll write it in ivisible ink.
