Back again with the same bright orange shirts.

This year Beckett will be bringing up their raw card review grading team as well as taking submissions. For the vendors set up you can get your cards raw card reviewed on Friday during set up. Saturday they will be there all day for the public and vendors. Sunday they will be there till noon. Beckett will be taking submissions all weekend.

Our signing guests currently are Theo Fleury, Johnny Buyck, Glenn Anderson, Paul Coffey and Yvon Barrette(Denis Lemieux from Slapshot). More guests to be announce soon.

What makes this show great.....the best vendors, the awesome museum quality displays and soon to be announced the coolest charity promotion ever.....If you are looking for vintage cards, they will be there. Modern cards, yep. Memorabilia, yep. Photos and programs, of course.

Working on another couple of big deals to bring to the show.....stay turned.

Is this an annual show, or do they a Fall version as well?
For those who have been to both shows, how does the Summit Show compare to the Toronto Expo in terms of size/quality?

It is an annual show, in the spring. With loads of quality vendors, signers and attendees.

I do have a smaller show as well that is more like the Toronto Card Show or West TO show. This year that show in in Calgary at the end of Oct.

Summit is about a 1/3rd to 1/2 of the overall size of the Toronto Expo. It is the big show in the western part of Canada and growing. I have a blast that weekend running it because most of the vendors and attendees are having a blast. Not knocking anyone but I am working my butt off making the Summit Show a huge must attend show.

What makes you want to attend or set up at a show? What gets you excited about a show?
 
We have add a few more signing guests....Bernie Parent, Canada's Golden girl Marie-Philip Poulin and Pierre Pilote.
 
Show was excellent today. Jam packed and people were wheelin' and deelin'.

Looking forward to another good day tomorrow.
 
can't wait for Bucyk and Pilote tomorrow, love the auto guests line up and lots of deals done, with Gomaz's permission I am going to go all reporter like on my S/T for the weekend ;)
 
Great show yesterday! If you haven't had a chance, head over today! Some highlites:
Strong autograph guests: really liked meeting Poulin (Miss gold medal goal!!!)
great exhibits: getting a few cards graded by beckett and of course the amazing goalie museum (great job Bruce)
cards: tonnes of cards and it was very busy. lots of great booths and vendors
