Superlative Cut Question

I was just checking out an auction on the bay:

I couldn't remember seeing another Cut of his before so I went to the OPG. The OPG states that there is a Silver #/9 and a Gold #1/1 version of this card. I thought all the Cuts from Superlative were #1/1's. Maybe I am dead wrong. Anyone clear this up? Anyway, it's a nice cut of a HOFer and to date his only certified 'graph is the Cut(s) in Superlative. Too bad he's not a Ranger.

I'm sure pretty sure that all Cuts in the Superlative products were true 1/1's.

I hope this clears things up...someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Back when Beckett boards were frequented, and they had a Price Guide section that was supposedly read by staff, I brought up the fact that a few Superlative subsets, ie cut autos, nameplates, etc. were listed as Silver /9 and Gold 1/1 when in fact they were all only 1/1. Good to know that a year later nothing has been done.

It's stuff like that why I cancelled my subscription after 15 years.

Although they did surprise me once. They had 1996-97 Leaf Limited Gold Rookies listed on their website checklist since the set came out. I didn't think they existed since it had been over 10 years and I never saw one, and just figured it was another one of their errors. Unfortunately, I saw a card from the set last year (Holmstrom I believe) and now have to find a copy of Ethan Moreau :|
