So a month ago I decide to start selling on ebay. Add the old CC and list my first item:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=20885&item=8815789538

A little weary of the bid but decide to let it go. A month later and still no payment. Doesn't respond to emails and the next thing I know I get hit with a negative from this clown. VERY first item I list and this happens. What are the friggin chances?

Anything I can do about this or is it there to stay?

Thanks for letting me rant and who knows, maybe someone has had luck with something like this before.

As an eBay Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
File a non paying bidder form and if he does not reply to it then the feedback will come off. Not much more you can do about it than that. Worst comes to worse leave him a negative feedback and you can feel a bit better about it.

Already did that but are you sure this is true?

Yes, If the buyer does not reply to it then they automatically lose the case and the feedback drops.

Excellent, things are looking up!
Thanks alot for the reply's.

and if that doesn't work, you can reply to the feedback and say "to get the card you have to pay for the card, this isn't a charity"

and then drop a neg on them.
