??? TAYLOR HALL Cert. RC Question ??

I apologize if have posted this in the wrong place.
I have a Certified Taylor Hall Rookie /499, but it is signed in green ink. I was told that there are only 5 signed in green ink, some singed in red ink , and the majority signed in blue ink. is this accurate ?
Can anyone confirm or give me the correct version ? I'm trying to determine a value for this card.

I heard 10 copies or less for the green ink. nice card!!
Never saw a red ink before. I opened more than 2 cases of the products.
