While I am fairly certain as to what I want to do with Baseball, I am still unsure of Hockey. The model I am using for one does not meet the satisfaction of the other. That is to do hockey sets. Even tho I have way more hockey cards and baseball, somehow I have a lower starting out completion rate for sets when I put them together. A major factor may end up being SP cards...
Prior to this, I had been collecting Winnipeg Jets and Phoenix Coyotes for over 10 years, but I ended up in a situation where I had too many cards to deal with. I am now considering a different method to collect those teams. Another problem with me trying to do sets is that while I may have a large amount of cards for a specific set, they are mostly Jets/Coyotes alumni, which puts an incorrect estimate to set completion.
That being said, perhaps another member can convince me to switch back to my original passion. I know my feedback says zero here, but I have nearly 800 on ebay (while I haven't been the most prompt customer lately) and have also received cards from VintageHockey.
Here are my entries. Only accepting cards for Jets/Coyotes alumni. A positive is that a lot of the cards I have (besides commons) will become available for trade.
For another patch of the mentioned rules, just the Roy (not the Hawerchuk)
