You guys are not the only one. I have sent Mr Carlin 3 emails in the past 2 months without any response yet (not counting his out of office responses...)
Its really frustrating. I even tried emailing another contact without and response.........
Now compare this to the Staal H&P replacement auto card i received back in 1 month for ITG with a THANK YOU FOR COLLECTION OUR CARDS!!!!!!
I dont understand why UD has just stopped replying to any issues....especially since I have a shipped redemption that never showed up. The card that was shipped "the same day" arrived in 10 days while the other one is MIA for 2 months now....wish that was my only UD issue that needs addressing....
Ahhhhh, Im done.

Rod, I am trying to figure that out myself. I have asked just about everyone i could ask including carlin exactly what did i do to not receive any replies. and of course... i got no reply. this is why i think im off the xmas list. for whatever reason i have no idea.
