The paypal problem .. again.

Yikes,

I hate to bring the whole travesty back up again, but has anybody living outside the US/Canada been able to back up their paypal accounts? I had a ebay auction end and I've been unable to pay because of the problem - so any help is appreiciated

Hi Julian,

You should call Paypal. Even though, they will let you wait for over 15 minutes, but they can unlock the account right away for you. This is better than faxing data and waiting 5-10 days. It worked for me. Good luck!
