Solid combination of Vezina and Brodeur, and a nice 3-colour patch on the Brodeur.

Like most, was hoping to hit a Historical Relics card in my box, so I was very pleased when this revealed itself as card #2 in the box:

Kinda feel spoiled to own such a massive piece of Vezina's pad.

I got box number "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything"/150. (42 for those of you poor souls who are not keenly aware of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy).

The cane was first in the case, and my jaw dropped. Then I saw the dual, and literally the first thought that popped into my head was "How? How did he know to send me this box?? He HAD to know what was in it, and to send me a Caps goalie."

I wish I could tell you that I put that card in your box for you but the truth is I was in Florida when the pack out was done in Canada.

It was a great stroke of luck. All good, all yours.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this thread, and so happy to at least catch a glimpse of these beauties! Congrats to all of the proud owners :beer:

Please don't forget to keep your box bottoms with the number on it.

We will be having a redemption for the Vezina Art Cards if they are found by FedEx or if they are not found for the Historical Relic - Complete Pad Cards.

Here is a sample of the Historical Relic - Complete Pad Card. There are four of these cards each a 1/1.

OMG what a beauty!!!! Great job!

Can't wait to receive my box which seems still to be in North America as tracking didn't change since day one but all the posted breaks and showings of those outstanding cards in this thread are a good help to spend the waiting time. Thanks Mr. Price for giving us the opportunity to add this pieces of hockey history to our collections!
 
I promoted it already, but I would encourage everyone to check out episode 25 of Center Ice Card Cast when it comes out. Hoping to get it out tomorrow night, but might be Monday. Had Dr. Price on to discuss the product and cracked a couple boxes! It was an extremely fun and memorable night. Don't want to spoil any surprises, but I'll at least give you all the courtesy of saying I did not get a buckle. LOL

A 200 pt? I have to get out more to investigate.... Oh yeah, pandemic... Good to know buddy! I know my cane is a 360 as I had one laying around. ;) :thumbsup: -Mike

The Cane card does bulge out! :thumbsup:

Yep, the Horsehair card was too snug in the 180pt...but I had this for it...perfect! The 200pt ones work well for a Supreme card that I may get that has a bulging patch or something else. You never know when you'll need one. Don't need to waste a 260pt on a card that barely is thicker than a 180pt. :D

Scott, thank you for the opportunity to own this card, and for the quick and smooth dealings, truly. We appreciate it, this card will be cherished.

Everyone else, it has been such a fun show so far, crazy how gorgeous these cards are in images, let alone in hand. They just look and feel so incredibly special, we are so spoiled Dr. Price made this historical set. Personally, I don't think I will ever hold another hockey card in the modern era and find them as special or important as these Vezina cards.
