So after listening to the very informative podcast with Dr. Price, my dual contains liner cloth from the vezina pad (only 1 out of 5 contain this) and the vasilevsky contains game used pants as Dr. Price had to acquire memorabilia of him. Which makes my 2 card box even more fantastic if that was possible.

I’ve seen a few cane cards now. What makes it a 1/1? Is the background colour different or something? Hard to tell in the scans.

I think the Vezina picture is different on each. Same with the 9 Jumbo Pad's etc.

I've been following this thread as more and more posts have come in. Thank you all for sharing. Wasn't a break I was going to do, but my goodness.... those are some spectacular cards.

Nice to see both buckles were pulled by members here. Congrats guys! (And congrats to Barrie, for being able to land one on that deal).

Opening these boxes must have been a thrill for you guys.... Barrie, that first page: Wow. It sounds like you enjoyed yourself, but thanks for sharing all of that - and getting this thread going.

So I could not join in on this fun initially - didn't have the funds - but a graded Mario rc sale after release and a kind gentleman on here looking to part with an unopened box...happy to say I CAN join this fun in the near future. Just depends on shipping from Can to the US.
