The weirdest neutral feedback I have received

Got this from a buyer on Sportlots:

YOUR QUESTION: (I asked this to the buyer)
I was looking through my feedback and you gave me neutral feedback. You noted that I sent out an error card. Can you please explain?

CUSTOMERS RESPONSE:
It is card 03 Upper Deck 1 Super Saviors HK, number SS-RC. On the front of card the player is shown wearing a Flyers sweater but the the team name written is Los Angelos Kings.

So I got neutral because the team name reflected the new team while he was still pictured in his old jersey.

Nope it was just the one card. I was surprised I sold a jersey card for $17.50 on Sportlots. Heck I was surprised when I sold a jersey card period.

True. I have had neutrals on Sportlots before, but this is by far the strangest one. I once received a negative on SL because I had an out of stock and the buyer accused me of cancelling the order and listing it on ebay because the player got hot. I sold the card on Beckett for $9.00 and didn't remove it from my inventory on SL before he purchased it. I checked on Ebay and his cards had cooled down by that time selling in the $5 - $7 range.

Im curious.. Did you use the team name of Flyers in your listing, but it said LA Kings on the card?

Judging by the responses, I do not think people are familiar with sportlots.com. It is basically a internet database of cards that anyone can list at and sell at. There is no descriptions on the cards, infact, any seller can go in there and change the player names to whatever they want. It is basically set up like this:

Year - Set - Card - Player

Then you have an option to purchase it or not. The buyer can chose to ask questions or not, but very very rarely does anyone actually as a question.
