Hurricanes to go full Whalers for two dates this season

Carolina will sport Hartford uniforms in two games :woot: including a Whalers Night on Sunday, Dec. 23 against the Boston Bruins.

And the Hurricanes will wear the Whalers uniforms again on March 5 when they play in Boston.

This would be a great opportunity for upper deck to include some game used whalers jersey in a future release for those hurricanes.

Saw it live. Was a great game and absolutely beautiful to watch the whale jerseys skate around. Took my 11 month old daughter with me for the experience. Same seats as a certain someone saw game 7 of the 05-06 eastern conference finals from...

Still think the WHA " New England Whalers" jersey is one of the best jerseys ever made. Can totally understand why they wouldn't wear it now though
