I have gotten a couple in whites. I was very luck on all counts. Cards were sound and fine.
If your card got there safely, and it isn't a card that contains game worn anything, then it is moot.
Ya know what? I typed in a hurry to get out the door this morning. No, I don't like being gouged. It is all relative.Really? It is a big deal when you get charged $3.50 for shipping and you get an item in an envelope with a .44 cent stamp on it. Maybe you enjoy being gouged like that, but most people do not appreciate it.
Have you talked to the seller? There is a chnace he will work with you on the situation, and just offer you up a full refund. If he refuses to work it out, just file a chargeback. The item is not in the condition it was described, so Paypal "should" just issue you a refund (once you ship the card back).
If you know the guy is going to be a total fleebag and make life difficult for you, file a claim saying the card never arrived at all. He has to prove it did by means of a tracking #
scamming a scam artist isnt always the best option (although it works)
If someone purposely screws me over, I have abosolutely no problem whatsoever screwing them over in return. As a matter of fact, I'd even feel good doing it
