This card here is obviously the check list yet this seller says in the first line that it's a Malkin YG, and then goes on and on in the description, finally pointing out in the very last line that it's #495.

I hate this and will do my best to get ebay to remove this auction.

I agree Shane, he misleads right from the start and throws that #495 in at the end probably hoping some poor unsuspecting, trustworthy soul will bid on it.
Wrong, that's just plain wrong in my books.
Dan.

Well I would think if I was bidding on a card with no picture I would most certainly read the description. If you feel wronged then don't bid. Hell just a look at his shipping costs and I was already convinced not to bid.

I agree that it is dirty and sneaky. Out of the 298 people who viewed the card 8 of them bid. I first started collecting when 06-07 UD Series 1 came out and I hit a Checklist Malkin but it took me weeks to figure out that I did not have the "real" Malkin RC.

Same concept used when selling blasters making it look like it was for a hobby box. Someone is going to get a fright opening that bubble.

I love how he puts the card # way at the bottom, not in with the card description. My spidey senses are telling me that the buyer will be unhappy and the seller will receive a negative feedback.
