More goodies for the pile.
I'm a huge fan of Star Wars, but just don't pick up that many sketch cards for some reason. I may have to change that. This one is not the best (being so small compared to the white space), but he's still one of my favorite characters despite his premature demise:
One from Marvel Masterpieces. Only my 2nd, just because the nice ones are so expensive still. Magneto:
A couple from DC Legacy, a very colorful Lex and another Catwoman for my collection:
And the last sketch of the week, another Invisible Woman from Women of Marvel:
This was a very random pick up. I've never seen a single episode of Alias, but as soon as I saw director David Cronenberg had an auto, I wanted it:
The next three came from a crappy seller on eBay. After 2 weeks of patiently waiting for them to go 3 states to get to me, I contacted them through eBay. Nothing. Another week goes by, I do it again. At the month-wait point I get a little impatient for something that should take 3 days to get to me, especially when I try and pay for everything within 24-hours. I send him 4 emails--one for each of the "win" notices and the other for the invoice. Nothing. I file a claim through PayPal and the cards magically arrive. The Wolvie also has three poor corners and a bad edge, none of which were visible in the scan on eBay. I'm not gonna bother at this point.
And another X-Men related card, Kelly Hu (yummy!) from X2:
