Thoughts on Blue Jackets third jersey

So...what are everyone's thoughts on the new look?

I think I like it.

How long before we see these featured on cards?

Hmmmmm......I like. The NHL needs more artillery themed logos.

Saw these earlier...

I dislike the growing trend of Powder Blue/Dark blue....Otherwise they're fine. The silver is nice.

The ribbon and Star around the cannon is nice, however I don't like the cannon. I think taking two cannons and criss crossing them would've been much nicer.

Liking it more and more but don't like the block numbers and lettering.

I like the.....
"We Fight, We March!!" on the inside of the collar.
"JHM" tribute on the back collar.

as I watch the Florida Panthers wearing the same looking jersey now...not a fan of the color scheme personally, but I do like the emblem

I'm not a fan. Looks like the Panthers 3rd jerseys with a new crest in the middle. I doubt you'll see them in cards though.

I like them. The bright blue stripe sticks out nicely, and think of the patches that could come from that wheel! Might have to get one of them done up.

I can't wait to have some canon patches and baby blue/gray jerseys cards in my collection .

But I must admit, these look a lot like the Pens/Blues/Panthers jerseys .

I won't purchase one.

I really love the emblem, but the jerseys need to be grey, with blue striping, not the other way around. From a distance I would never know who they play for, the jersey is just too similar to several others.

I'd like to see this emblem as a shoulder or commemorative patch on the basic unis.

Well you have the league leader in +/-, the western conference leader in goals scores, All-star ballot, and a 60 point scorer who was stolen in a trade for a goalie made of glass.

Why not use

If you ever seen Mason's mask, there is a picture of a Union Soldier, why not do something like that on the front of the jersey with the canon as an emblem on the shoulder, the team name is "bluejacket" not cannon fodder.......... lack of thought/creativity went into this jersey and to think the local area kids came up with the design for Mason's mask....should have gone back to the well on the jersey

I really like them. There is lots of designs and letters in the Logo, should make for some great logo cards.
