Goalie Tim Thomas signed a one year, one-way deal with Boston Bruins.

I read yesterday that the Bruins owners were still talking with Potvin about a possible return as backup for Raycroft ( when they get him signed ).

Guess that's no longer a possibility, since they now have Raycroft, Toivenen and Thomas

Well if he doesn't sign with Boston, I would love to see him in a Canadiens jersey. It will never happen, but one can only hope.

Yes, I think he is.

On the other note this is just sad for the Finnish Elite league which starts tomorrow. One of the biggest favorites (Jokerit Helsinki) to win it lose their number 1 goalie one day before. Something must be done for the contract terms here..of course on a personal level it's great for Thomas to get a 2nd chance over there. And no, I'm not a Jokerit fan myself.
