All Great choices

I'm a big fan of Rask, and Lehtonen. I hope Kari has a great season. I'm not sure how well the team is in front of him but if he (Kari) ever gets around to puck stopping up to his hyped potential then look out Dallas.

Halak, well he's only played one game this pre season (a real stinker). Seems that they (Blues Org) are working on Conklin and Bishop (who has been just great this pre season) as to whom will be the backup. Not a smart move in my opinion. You need to start your starter to get him back into the mix of things. Otherwise he'll be behind all the other goalies in the first month of the regular season.

I hate the Bruins, but man they got a great goalie in Rask. The Leafs are building a really solid team there in Boston.

My little goalie notes:

Carey Price. I hope to see him start 65 games, and equal 40 plus wins.

Chet Pickard was sent back to Peroia, and the Pred are working on two other rookies as backup to Rinne

Ben Bishop; The kid is a monster and working on having a perfect preseason. I like his size.

I have heard nothing about Ondrej Pavelec, so I guess Mason is the man in Atl.

Anyone have anything to add about there favourite goalies?

I'm wondering if Anderson will continue his God like play from last season, and if he'll be forced to share more time with Budaj as opposed to last season.

Hopefully last year wasn't a fluke.

There are a lot of questions for other teams too;
Can Luongo carry a team to the Cup?
How will Niemi/Turco do in their new homes?
Will Kipper return to form?
Can Varlamov/Nieurverth be able to support the Caps?

In order:

No.
Decent/fair.
He'll be better, but not get back to where he was.
No.

And Carey Price is either out of Montreal or has splinters in his *** by the All-Star Break.

Rask does not deserve to be on that list. He has already proven to be Vezina worthy, and it isnt like he is coming off an injury year or trade.

Rask will probably be top 3 in the league in every goalie category (except wins because of his split with TT).

The rest of the goalies will be interesting to watch for sure. Would be nice to see them all suceed.

Forgot to say they missed Niemi on that list.

Arguably the oddest story of the off season in terms of contracts. What will become of him in SJ?

seriously! they're not gonna be able to use the goaltender as a scapegoat again if they have another early exit. everyone knows this one has what it takes to go all the way.

What people often misses (you seem to have forgotten it too) is that Anderson collapsed badly at the end of both regular season and playoffs. If you compare his first four playoff games to his last two, you'll see a huge difference. Same thing if you check his March against the first half of regular season.
