top 5 RC's in Series 1?

I have taken a break from the hobby but am looking to buy some Series 1. Who are the top 5 rookies you can pull from Series 1?

1) Elias Pettersson - Canucks.
2) Rasmus Dahlin - Sabres.
3) Jesperi Kotkaniemi - Canadiens.
4 & 5) Four others that are a toss up: Eeli Tolvanen - Predators, Ryan Donato - Bruins, Travis Dermott - Maple Leafs and Miro Heiskanen - Stars.
List is based on book values. I'd suggest checking eBay completed sales for actual prices realized.
