Topps Expired Redemptions

Has anyone dealt with Topps about expired redemptions, and if so what was your experience? Last night I grabbed a loose pack of '18 Topps Tribute and pulled a redemption for a Dave Winfield, Miguel Sano Booklet that expired 01/31/2020. This is my first Topps Redemption and after reading the website FAQ it seems I'm SOL. It also seems that the redemption period was only 21 months, is that normal for Topps products? What should my next move be?

Give them a call or send a email. I’ve read a few people have been asked to mail them in if they have the card in stock if the date hasn’t lapsed too much. Don’t expect much though

I have sent them an e-mail. Now to wait for the response.

UPDATE:

Good News!! I received an e-mail from Topps this morning with directions to fill out and mail in the physical redemption card and if they have the card in stock it will be fulfilled. I had given up hope of getting the card redeemed so I am happy Topps is going to honor the redemption if possible, I just can't believe it took over 4 months to get an answer.
