I Sent A Redemption In To Topps To Get A 2003-2004 Topps Jersey Edition Gary Payton. Yesterday I Got The Payton But Topps Didn't Package It In A Bubble Envelope Or In A Hard Case, Not Even A Plastic Sleeve. So Needless To Say When I Got The Card It Was Bent In 3 Different Places
I Call Topps So Called "customer Service" To See What Needed To Be Done. The Person I Talked To Had A Terrible Attitude And Just Sounded Like She Didnt Give A Rats Rear. She Told Me To Send The Card Back Certified Mail And They Would Replace It. I Told Her It Was Going To Cost Me 3.00 To Send It Back And Wondered What They Would Do To Compensate Me. She Just Responded Saying And I Quote..."nothing, If You Want The Card That Badly You're Going To Have To Pay For It Otherwise Be Happy With The Card That Was Sent"
I Flew Off My Rocker And Had To Hang Up Before I Started Saying Words To Her That I May Have Regretted Later.
Anyways That Is My Experience With Topps. I'm Going To Avoid Buying Their Product Like The Plague
