Last weekend was the 1st weekend that I wasn’t working in the last 3 and I was able to get to one of the LCS in the area that is usually closed after 3pm on Saturday and not opened on Sunday.
I spent way too much but had some decent pulls.
Here is what I purchased:
(2) boxes of 23-24 UD S1
(2) packs/boxes of 21-22 SP Game Used
(1) pack 21-22 Premiere
(1) pack of 22-23 SPx
A bit more than I wanted to spend but decent breaks.
-UD S1 provided Askarov YG, YG Canvas, Hughes YG, Giroux pop count /25, and Draisaitl pop count 1. If you check ebay, the pop count 1 is a problem as there is one already listed for Draisaitl.
-Premiere had a 20-21 update RC auto and intro to /25.
-SPx had RC auto of Artuu Risto… who I had pulled in my previous 2 Premiere packs.
-the SP Game Used was ok, nothing too great, ok autos, but oddity of getting a Brad Marchand Inked Sweaters w/o an auto…/35!!! I couldn’t find a version of the same card on ebay for comparison so I don’t know if this was an oops for just this single card or for the Marchand Inked Sweater card. The HI product info says Auto, as does the back of the card say “you’ve received mem and auto…” (If anyone has any info if this was an issue, please pass it along). This would’ve been my first Marchand auto, a milestone piece if you will.
Anyhow, the pop 1 extras are said to be “traded in for boxes of S1” with denied requests for S2. I would like to see if UD would consider providing an inner case of SPGU or half a case if I could purchase the other half in exchange.
Definitely will have to reach out to UD for the Marchand missing auto.
