Troublsome traders

In the time that I have been on HI I have been burned on a couple of trades. I have completed about a hundred trades on a couple of other boards and about 35 on this one and never had a problem until now. What is the best course of action that you go through to get either my cards back or the card i wanted.

Tough question.
I always try to send Pm's and click the track and copy to my sent folder to watch and see if they got it.
If they do I go to the Mods for help or if anyone else has had a problems with them.

I would contact any of the mods around here. If a transaction thread was made, etc... I am sure they will help you out. Mike

I had Bruce deal with Both of my troublesome trades and I tought they were resolved. I just wish that both of the other traders would get on to check there messages.

hmmm interesting...I have had the complete opposite experience. I have over 100 trades on this site but when I joined SCF several months ago, 3 out of 4 trader indicated that they did not receive my cards.

Here, when I have had issues, the Mods have been outstanding in assisting in the resolution

Me too Cyril. I have only had one bad trade (quite some time ago) and it was handled very swiftly. Sorry to hear of the original poster's issues. Are these bad trades relatively recent?

That's why I love HI...accountability. You don't see too many people running around here with negatives in their feedback ratings. On top of that, the head honcho is not afraid remove those who show themselves to be nothing more than a pain to others.

I can't remember having problems here...I made a trade not to long ago on SFC and the person "didn't get it"(I was a must send first member since I have not made many trades there)...not saying it is not possible but just proves del. confirmation is worth it sometimes(only reason I have doubts that is didn't receive is I use printed labels on every trade.....)

Lately for me it's been brutal trading on this site (HI). In the past four months, I must have about three to five bad trades and I'm not to active either. People though have come good on most parts.
