I thought Shivers beat McSweeney, but boy that was a brutal match, everyone was gassed out big time.

Rampage is a bad coach, he should of picked Kimbo to fight McSweeney IMO.

Next week Kimbo vs. Roy Nelson.

Could be the best fight ever on TUF. I am pulling for Kimbo, but its going to be tough as heck.
 
I still can't see how McSweeney beat Shivers. The striking was pretty even, but Shivers took McSweeney down on more than one occasion. I guess you get a lot of points for kicks. Thats about all McSweeney did. Two judges scored it 20-18 McSweeney??

I have seen fatty fight a few times and I don't think kimbo has a chance. I will be rooting for Kimbo though :beer:
 
your right, i couldnt understand why rampage wouldnt have picked a fighter suitable for kimbo when he had the chance. i knew evans was going to pick kimbo when it was his turn, i dont get it. its definitely going to be interesting next week.
 
Long ago I picked Big Roy to win the entire tournament. And in the thread from last week I talked about wanting to see this fight happen. Kimbo said it himself he's not a Mixed Martial Artist he's a fighter. I hope that Roy subs the chump in 45 seconds. Even if Kimbo wins though he will never amount to anything more than Tank Abbott imo.

Roy is definitely a huge test. I think if it stays standing Kimbo can win, if Roy can get it to the ground its over. I know Rampage, and Bas have tried to teach him some ground game, but will it be enough?

Still I can't see this whole season being built around the Kimbo Slice campaign and have him lose this week ;)

Gas appears to be the biggest factor, not sure about Roy's gas tank but I would assume Roy, Sims, and Kimbo will be able to buck that trend, as for the rest? Not so much. That Marcus is going to gas in 3 seconds.

As for winning the whole tournament? Roy is definitely a good choice, I think Sims can be the man.
 
If Sims can keep from going all Wes Sims and trying to soccer kick or head stomp them than yeah he has a chance.

My one fear with Roy is he is really, really good on the ground, but he will stand and bang as well. If he tries to do his own thing and try to knock out Kimbo he could get clipped. I hope he just listens to Rashad

Sims put the whole team on blast lol. I think he has a great chance of winning it all.
 
Definitely for Sims its win it all, or get kicked off the show for being an idiot. Sadly I don't think Rampage can control him, Rashad may have been able to.

Also I think Shivers has potential if he can get some Cardio, I thought he looked ok, until he gassed.
 
Nelson gave Arlovsky a tough match, he's going to beat Kimbo back to the parking lots. So much for the TUF 10 being Kimbo's big show. Kimbo will show up in the UFC in December though on a 3 or 4 fight contract.
 
that fight was bullsht.... shivers def should have won tht fight... as for next week i rly hope kimbo can pull it off, but i dought it tbh...

also did any of u here rampage retired from the ufc?

Yup there is a post a just under this one.

I think Kimbo will win, they focused way too much hype, and promoting around Kimbo to see him lose out in the 3rd week. Couple a Kimbo loss with Rampage leaving the UFC, and that will equal ratings suicide from week 4 - the finish.
 
WOw what a joke of a fight Nelson is a terrible fighter ......Cant throw punches or anything just wants to take u down and lay there
 
Yea ..Im really disappointed that they ended the fight with that ...even Dana white said Roy Nelsons punches were a joke
 
Christ that fight sucked. Roy is a B***h, was afraid to trade with Kimbo for any amount of time. Roy should be bragging about that win, love taps to the face aren't somethin to be proud to win by.

Can't wait for Big Marcus Jones to fight. Should be a good one with him.
 
Roy has mastered the "blanket" a move perfected by Brock Lesnar. I think the ref should have stood them up more than stop the fight.
 
KIMBO LOST. I heard that on an earlier post (WINK). Didn't see the fight, but from what you guys are saying i'm glad i didn't.
