Since the February 24th Trades,The Celtics and 76ers are heading in different directions..which I am loving
Since trading for Antoine Walker the Boston Celtics are
11-1

The Philadelphia 76ers however are
4-6 since the trade and still under 500.)

Im a biased fan but I really think our current roster can make a run at anyone in the east inthe playoffs. We added Antoine and lost noone in return for him.

he has a point, unless someone major goes down for either of the top two teams, the rest of the east are mere speedbumps for the East Finals showdown between the Pistons and Heat

Yeah, your right, you gotta be careful with the Pistons...Not many teams can go the entire 4th quarter without scoring a fg:) You obviously gotta give the respect for the top teams and predict them to go to finals but noone was predicting Detroit would win and Miami would do as well as they did last year..I think Miami will beat Boston in the ECF and I stand by that.

Miami - Detroit in the ECF, 4-2 Miami. Mark my words. =)

The Celtics are peanuts for either team.

The Celts have chance to do some damage. I've actually been impressed lately.

However, if Artest is able to come back for the playoffs, it'll be the Pacers winning the East. Once JT and JO get healthy, my boys are going to be very tough to deal with.

You're not really going out on a limb there Casket, but you have reason in your statement. Do you honestly think that Boston could beat Miami if the playoffs started right now Duke? NO WAY Boston can beat Miami 4 out of 7.
8-1 Since Walker trade:)

I'll make my desicion when I see miami at full strength versus us with the addition of Toine,Last time we played them with both teams healthy this season,it came down to the final shot,2 pt miami win.

Keep believing and more important: keep dreaming. :p

Heat beat the Bucks by 39. Thirty-nine! That's more than Detroit sometimes scores in 1 half.

Half of them were against crappy teams and they lost to minnesota. They did however beat Detroit, which is impressive. Also Phoenix. They will probably win their next two and lose to Houston on Friday. There is a possibility that they will finish with a much improved record because of their remaning 19 games on their schedule, 12 of them are sub .500 teams.

Beat Houston easily last night,up by 22 at one point without Paul Pierce even shooting much. 6 game winning streak going into an easier game tonight at New Orleans. When will we be taken seriously..one of the best records since February 1st and 10-1 since Antoine returned.

Even the Celtics annoucer believe hosuton can win it all..They have a dominating center on most nights..Tmac..nice role players like Sura/Barry Wesley and Dikembe Mutombo is playing like a kid again:) If only you had a real PG but I definately think Houston can win some series. Celtics will prove by the end of the season they can compete for a title...7 game winning streak...Hopefully we can end 50-32

God they win 9 games out of 10 and immediately you think they can compete for the title. So they're having a good stretch now, big deal.

I think Houston has a legitimate chance of winning there 1st round matchup, only if they get the 6 seed though. There's no way they would beat the Suns or Spurs.

As far as the Celtics, their win against the Suns was without Nash. It's hard to tell if they will win first round because the playoff race in the East is so close that 3-8 could change very quickly. They can't do any real damage in the playoffs though.

ajbry, do you really believe the Pacers will win even if Artest comes back? Artest won't be that much of a factor, he has sat out for so long he wouldn't be very effective.

Yeah..4 game losing streak..not much else to report. We'll be back..we'll win about 8 more games and get some momentum going into the playoffs playing some teams we match up against.
