U.S. seller won't ship to Canada. Anyone help?

Hi Bruce.
As you might remember, I have been putting together a master set of the 2006-07 BAP Portraits cards/autographs/jerseys. For the base autograph portraits, I only need 3 to complete the 94 card set. Below is a link to one of the cards I need, but the seller will not ship to Canada. Do you have a contact in the US who can help me get this for my set? Ebay won’t even let me send a message to the seller.
I haven’t seen another copy of this card for sale in the last 5 years!
