UD Comes through..........NOT!!!

Redeemed a 2004-05 UD All-World Gaborik Autograph card back on July 12, 2005....over a year ago. Got a message from Upper Deck last week stating the card was shipping. Got the package yesterday....in it was a 2005-06 SPGU Jersey card #/100 of Peter Forsberg, a BAP Auto of Jason Arnott, and a 2004-05 SOTT Auto Gaborik. Huh????? Two guys I could care less about and a Gaborik card I already have and didn't need.

So I waited over a year for a certain card I wanted and got that? :eek:

Bogus!!! :mad:

Man that is just brutal. Hopefully UD CS, will be able to rectify this horrible oversight! 'Man O Man!' what am I thinkin'? :eek:

I've had the same card pending for 8 months and called to tell them who I wanted instead... we'll see if I do any better, but it was pretty clear the Gabby was never coming.

Evidently, Gabby never returned these cards, so this was my "sorry we couldn't fulfill your redemption, and took a year to do it...take these extras out of our box of old goodies.... our sincere regrets".

Still it is bogatus!

Let me know what you get as a replacement. Thanks.
 
E-Mail Chris Carlin and tell him that the garbage they sent you is not a reasonable replacement for the card you waited a year for.

They will probably do something.
 
I have talked to Karvin and UD sounds like they will take care of me by getting me the right card when available. Let's hope...
