UD damaged cards.... help..?

hey just called a UD representative not too long ago and he toled me since my card is seriealed low...(/35) to send scans via email. i did and really dont know whats going to happen now... did this happen to anyone else...

they will tell you to mail teh card back to them unless they disagree with your assessment of dammage.

its just they told me not to mail it to them though...

yeah because people kept sending them stuff over and over again that they didn't deem dammaged. so now they want a picture first before agreeing to anything. Expect a generic email with case number if your dammage meets their criteria
