UD E-mail address for replacements?

I'm pretty sure UD has an e-mail address for questions you have about getting a card replaced, but I can't seem to find it. If anyone knows if I've just made this up, or if there is an actual e-mail, then that would be great.

Edit: Just to clarify, I don't mean redmeption replacements, I mean for damaged cards.
