UD redemption question

Hello All,

I have a list of redemption cards I am waiting for which I can see on the Upper Deck Website. If a card is gone from the site, does that mean they have mailed it out?

there's a drop down menu..."Pending/Fulfilled/Other"

pending is what you see as soon as you log in, if it's fulfilled, then it's on its way

gotcha.......It went from pending to fulfilled, yet the screen reads


"Item being pulled, packaged and prepared for shipping process. Thank you for your patience"

I suppose it's on the way.
