UD Redemptions...how long to ship?

Okay, I haven't redeemed a card in quite some time with the Carlsbad Crew, so out of curiosity, how long did it take for your card to actually ship from the time it was marked "Item in process of shipping along with other projects"?

I have two BIGGIES on the way that are both marked as such and were done so on September 28th. Me being the impatient git that I am, I am simply curious as to their process and the time involved.

NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU HOW LONG IT'LL TAKE TO SHIP AFTER THEY'RE MARKED "in process."

Dude... they don't even know. As in, they don't even know when or if they'll ever ship.

I'll grant you it was some months ago, but I got 3 different answers about the last ones I'd redeemed with the same message on the redemption page - each CS rep sounding more earnest and honest than the last. And they were ALL BS-ing me.

As it turned out, what was shipped wasn't even what I was due, and the page didn't indicate it was a replacement. Just said it was in process and came with the dreaded "sorry you moron, but we depleted our stock..." letter, plus replacements obviously picked by a basketball collector.

Hey, loves ya like a brother and hope it works out for you, Ryan - but redemptions was a key factor in my decision to get the hell out.

Me too, D-man...I haven't touched UD stuff in almost two years but got hooked by The Cup. I pulled three redemptions and sold them, but picked up two big ones that I know they have in stock.

somewhere between 2-24 weeks. I've had items at both ends of the spectrum. My last two took 2 weeks even and just shy of a month.

Could be worse, I've been staring at this ever-so-helpful message for about a year now:

"Autographs in house, cards in production process, expect some delays until completion."

At least they're honest about the 'delays' part.

I redeemed some stuff a few years back. I had the "Items shipped" message for over a year. It took numerous phone calls to actully get what was owed to me.
