UD Replacement Stunner

In April I sent in for replacement a Steve Mason Ice Script and Eric Staal SPGU auto patch. I didn't have high hopes for the Staal since it was numbered out of 10 but figured the Mason had a good chance of being replaced. After hearing nothing from QA I figured it was time to call in to UD especially since I had 3 more cards to send in for replacement - 2 from OPC Premiere and 1 SPA SOTT. Now none of these cards were particularly high value but I didn't want to send them into the void.

I called in on the Customer Service guys last day - we talked a bit about the situation and he asked what I was looking for in return. The Mason Ice Scripts, Staal, and OPC Premiere were not replaceable.

To my amazement - this showed up yesterday in my mailbox. Mind you, I wasn't going to ask for Crosby or AO. Nothing I'd sent in was going to pull in anything worth the asking.

So I say this with all sincerity THANK YOU UPPER DECK!

I see everything fine here.

I'd consider this a fair-to-good replacement, since they couldn't honor the original.

I've had problems with sending damage replacements in the past. Good to know they're responding to them now.
