UD Series I Crosby

Hi All
I opened some Upper Deck today and found this card. It is numbered like the Crosby Heroes cards, but I was under the impression that there was 8 cards and a header card. Any ideas as to what this card is and how often they show up?

It is HH9, and along with the Header card is an SP. It is going for around $30US on eBay.

Just to give you an idea of the print run. Was talking to the guys at the local shop on Tuesday and they had cracked 4 cases of UD Series 1, and only pulled a couple HH9, and didn't pull a single Header Card.

Wow, I've opened 15 boxes and didn't pull one. On a side note I only pulled one Header card.
