Not a Hockey thread(sorry mods), but I figured it was worth it. I know UD gets a lot of bad Pub on these boards, and they deserve most of it. I for one feel they are attempting to do a better job with customer service. I recently busted several boxes of UD Artifacts(Baseball). For those of you not familiar with the product. One auto and 2 GU per box, along with some SP's, etc. The Autos are hard signed, so of course there are several redemptions. I have been redeeming cards from UD for years, and usually the wait is looooonng. I had 3 redemptions from my boxes and immediately redeemed them. I did this a week ago, and today Fed Ex shows up with the redemptions. Not only was the turnaround time quick, but they shipped them overnight. :D I don't know if you guys have had similar recent experiences with UD, but I hope this is a sign that they are starting to put an emphasis on customer service. Personally,
I feel if they have em they'll send em.
if they don't, they have problems.

Why they do or don't have them, the reasons undoubtably vary.

They do however roshambo themselves by putting less effort into getting it done than they should.

It would be great if they were getting better, and they might be. I just have a bad opinion of their redemption programs based on the Mark Johnson MM Auto, which I understand, ok, he didn't sign for you. But should it really be taking this long to pack out replacements for the thing? I haven't even gotten and update on my page other than the, "he hasn't signed, we'll send out soemthing" blurb they have. Just gets frustrating when you try to email "customer service" and they aren't even nice enough to send you a simple reply back.
