Talked to Karvin this morning. Confirmed that Ultimate is delayed, but the new release date isn't fixed as yet.

Is it just me, or is it a dumb idea to leave the mega high end stuff until after the seasons complete?
I know its not like Ultimate and the Cup will suffer or anything but I think it brings more attention to them and adds more value (people will pick up more singles) if you know... hockey is being played. Out of sight out of mind for a lot of people.

It is a bit puzzling though, as to why the super-premium brands all stay hidden until the season's done...

I hope M-A Pouliot won't be that shorprinted :S
vegas: another reason is that if all the high-end stuff was released early in the season, who would be looking for the lower-end RCs released after these higher-end RCs? Early, we break UD I, Victory, MVP, etc, and pick cards from the new rookie class because the stuff is new and we want RC of these guys. But, as we go into the higher-end stuff, we don't want pick the stuff of the same guys from low-end stuff.

I cant wait for the new Ultimate Collection, man its one of my favorite products!!! Im anxious to see what all you guys pull, I have no money to buy any of it so Ill have to drool over what everyone else pulls
