go court!

can velasquez dethrone lesnar? i don't know. he looks real good.

and jake shields shouldn't go in there thinking it will be a piece of cake. the hitman is one of the most underrated fighters in the promotion.

Looking forward to this one. Velasquez is a VERY good wrestler and he has a cannon for a punch.

And I could not agree with you more about the hitman......totally underated.

This should be a fun card.

Good Luck Court.....good guy and I hope he does well.

Poor Lawlor is gonna get owned.

Go Stout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make London proud!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lawlor looking good......wow!!! I think the is the very best I have EVER seen Lawlor. Talk about sticking to a game plan.

Tommy boy!!!! Very nice FILTHY win!!!!!!!!!

Ryan Jensen looks like he has 30-40lbs on Court. Man his striking looks HEAVY.

Court McGee!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a fantastic win. Good for him....

Brocktoberfest is OVER!!!!

Unreal......Brock just looked like an amateur.

Dana White did not look happy putting that belt on...........whats up with that???

wow, cant believe brock got owned like that.

good for mexico

I can in a way.....finally someone stuck to a plan and exposed how new Brock is still to the sport. Brock was VERY humble as Joe Rogan said in defeat. You can see how when someone is stronger at stricking he tends to back up to the fence and hunch over. He did the same thing against Carwin but got lucky he made it out fo the round. Brock got hit and was scared and you could see it plain as day.

lesnar is a huge draw since he brought in wrestling fans.

True enough but Mexico is a big enough place is it not? And the latino community in the US is HUGE.....Dana should have been a little more carasmatic when putting the belt around the first Mexican Heavy Weight Champ. Thumbs down on Dana tonight.

UFC Prelims

I HATE the fact that we cannot see the entire prelims. I guess that's what makes UFC Unleached un seen fights a something to look forward to but man i would have loved to see a few of the prelims including the Stout fight. I heard he won the decision but I would have liked to have seen it.

Shields with the win???? Give me a break. He dominated the first but I'd give the Hit man the next two.

I was there. Myself and most of the people there thought the same thing. The judges give to many points for a takedown. In my opinion, in order to get the points for a takedown, you have to do something other than lay on top of your opponent. Sheilds lost that fight.

When they stopped the Velasquez fight, you litteraly could not hear the person next to you scream. It was deafening in the Honda Center! War Velasquez!

Also, very bummed for my friend Mike Guymon! He trained his *** off for the fight and he lost. I know it happens, but I really wanted to see him win this one :(

yea I hate Shields honestly pillow hands and just always wants to lay on guys and try for a sub but if he gets into a standup hes garbage

For what it's worth...we scored the first two rounds in Shields' favor at home, and were convinced Kampmann was turning round 3 into a 10-8 round until Shields turned it around to make it a 10-9 Kampmann round. I thought the decision was fair, but don't know whether Cecil Peoples or Larry Landless was the one out at lunch with the 30-27 Shields decision.

Always like to see Mike Guymon fights and I was a bit disappointed in his loss too, but at least the loss was in fairly spectacular fashion and Daniel Roberts made something of it, and himself in the process.

Mike > What does WAR stand for exactly? I see it used all the time on Sherdog, but neither myself, nor anybody I've asked for know what context it's in. It's become another LOL where people just started to use it without knowing what it stood for :D
