Well, operation Ultimate Hawerchuk continues. I had a good day yesterday with this pickup at the London collectibles show:

Pretty cool piece, about as nice as it gets for a Flyers jersey, no? Oh, and look - it's 10/10, which was Dales number with the Jets...

Oh, and happened to win this somewhat matching piece from Dave (Sacrebleu) on ebay last night (sorry for borrowing the old pic - it's the card in the bottom right):

Hawerchuk auto/ stick gold 10/10 <------ That's his jersey number again!

I had a feeling you were going to get the 10/10. A guy from the board is the one who was selling it...or at least from the beckett board cuz I tried buying the card from him a while back and he thought he could get 150.00.

Is it just me or is the flyers logo airbrushed out or was his head put on lindros body or something?

Yep - I know Dave (Sacrebleu) from the boards was selling it - he offered it up a couple of weeks ago. The ending price is right in line where the others have ended in the $60 - $65 range.

As for the Flyers one, the logo just falls behind the jersey mark out area. Here's the same pic on another card (the middle Parkhurst 500 Goal scorer card):
